Glocester Police responded to a residence following a report of an illegal marijuana grow. Upon arriving on scene, police observed several marijuana plants outside near the garage and encountered a man who was loading marijuana plants onto a truck. Police later returned with a search warrant and subsequently discovered approximately 189 marijuana plants and around 11 ounces of loose marijuana on the property. Police then arrested the man and charged him with Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance for the discovered marijuana. He initially appeared in Rhode Island District Court (6th Division) and was ordered held without bail. He then retained Rhode Island Criminal Defense Lawyer John L.
